Dr. Knut Niss and Amy Elizabeth will be teaching how to make 3-4 different cookies from scratch (note that nut flour will be used).

Dress comfortably with hair tied back and please bring an apron and containers to bring home cookies.

We will have some time at the end of class for coffee and cocoa and to taste our bakes. 

This event is limited to 10 adults, that can bring one child (7+) free of charge. Registration is currently only available to BSV members. If space remains two weeks prior to the event, registration will be opened to the general public. 

Cost: $50 per adult to cover materials.
