Back by popular demand, this is the same class taught two times so more people can attend.

Dr. Knut Niss and Amy Elizabeth will be teaching how to make 3 different cookies from scratch (note that nut flour will be used).

Dress comfortably with hair tied back and please bring an apron and containers to bring home cookies. You will each get a nice folder with recipes to keep. 

We will have some time at the end of class for coffee and to taste our bakes. 

This event is limited to 10 adults.

Registration is for BSV members and guests and will open on November 5th.

Cost: $45 per adult to cover materials.
