Join us on Friday, March 13th, for one of the BSV's longest-standing traditions: Herrenabend (men's night)! Guest chef members Richard Yanco and Bill Jurgelewicz will be preparing a special menu of Polish foods, featuring Pierogi Ruskie (potato and cheese pierogi), Bigos (hunter's stew), Kabanosy (hunter's sausage), and Golabki (stuffed cabbage rolls). Dessert will be blueberry dessert pierogi, made with pastry dough, deep fried, then rolled in sugar.
Meal tickets are required for dining and will cost $22 per guest. Tickets will be capped at 50 and available to members starting February 25th. Members may purchase one additional guest ticket.
If there are any remaining tickets by March 1st, the members will be able to buy additional tickets for unlimited guests.
Guests are still welcome to attend Herrenabend for drinks if they have not purchased a dinner ticket.
